SEJOV Dressers Recalled

SEJOV is conducting a voluntary recall of its Five Drawer Dressers

Consumers should immediately stop using the dressers if they are not properly anchored to a wall, and place them in an area that children cannot access.  Consumers should contact SEJOV for instructions to receive a full refund and submit a photo of the consumer disposing of the product.

Hazard: The Five Drawer Dressers are unstable if not anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over hazards that may result in injury or death to children.

 

Recalled Product: SEJOV Five Drawer Dressers in 2 colors:  Black and White color with gold-colored round knobs and elevated legs. SKU numbers SPG0000905N, SPG0000905BN, SPG0000905B or SPG0000905 appear on the product packaging.

Size: 36 inches tall, 29.2 inches wide and 15.7 inches deep, and elevated 3.6 inches off the ground with wooden legs. 

Sold At:  Amazon.com from September 2023 and August 2024.  

Remedy: Refund

Consumers should stop using the dressers immediately, if they are not properly anchored to a wall, and place them in an area that children cannot access. If you have the SEJOV Five Drawer Dressers,  please contact us to arrange for a full refund.  You will be requested to provide : 1) your Amazon order number, 2) photos of the SEJOV Five Drawer Dresser.

Once your order has been verified, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then be requested: 1) to write the word “Recalled” prominently on the dresser using paint or a permanent marker, 2) to send us photos showing that the dresser has been properly disposed of e.g. photo showing the dresser has been dismantled and put in a garbage bin; or photo showing the dresser being dropped off at a disposal site. Upon receiving the photo of disposal, we will promptly process and issue a full refund to you.
